Matthew Colbert
Matt has worked in and around aviation since he was 14, beginning at his local airport’s fixed-base operator in Ithaca, NY (ITH). He built his career at JetBlue Airways, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines, where he grew market share and profitability in the most competitive domestic and international markets through an integrated, cross-functional approach. Matt has extensive experience in airport relations, marketing, operations improvement, revenue management, route planning, and sales. He is also a published author of a case study of labor integration in airline mergers.
Matt is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where he also earned his Masters of Science Degree. He serves on the New York Aviation Management Association's Board of Directors, is a member of the Wings Club, and mentors young aviation professionals.
